What we collect

• Account information — full name, email, hashed password, barangay, optional avatar.
• Fisherfolk profile — name, gender, age, livelihood, household composition, and gender-sensitive details (only with explicit consent).
• Community submissions — feedback posts and comments.
• Technical data — page views, IP address, and timestamps for security and platform improvement.

How we use it

• Personalized educational content and site recommendations.
• Inclusive, gender-sensitive planning of aquasilviculture and mangrove conservation programs.
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics shared with project partners.
• Account security: brute-force protection, audit logs, and breach detection.

How we protect it

• Passwords are bcrypt-hashed (never stored in plain text).
• CSRF, brute-force throttling, and session hardening are enforced everywhere.
• Sensitive fisherfolk records are only viewable by authorized administrators.
• All connections should be served over HTTPS in production deployments.

Your rights

• Access — view your data from the My Profile page.
• Rectification — edit your profile or request changes via an administrator.
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and submissions.
• Withdrawal of consent — opt out of community data use at any time.
